At BearStudio, UX design is how we make sure we’re building the right thing before we start building it. It’s not a separate phase that happens in isolation, it’s woven into how we work from the first conversation with a client to the final delivery.
In practice, that means starting with understanding: what the users need, what the business expects, and where those two things overlap. From there, we move to wireframes to lay out structure, then prototypes to validate flows; all in Figma, all iterable. The goal is to catch bad ideas early, when they’re cheap to fix, rather than after weeks of development.
Our designers and developers work closely together throughout this process. Designers bring the user perspective, developers flag what’s realistic, and the client validates direction at every step. It’s not glamorous, but it’s what keeps projects from going sideways.
